North Korea Tests Nuclear Weapon

North Korea has conducted an underground nuclear test despite international and UN Security Council warnings.

The US Geological Survey detected a 4.2 magnitude tremor at 10:35 local time. China, Japan and South Korea confirm the test; however, Tony Snow has yet to confirm the test.
